The Oakwood College Housing project, located in Huntsville,  will be an expansive, 3 story brick on wood frame building, situated on a 10 acre tract of land. It will be a 67,728 sq. ft building that will house over 252 students. It includes entertaining areas, computer labs and laundry rooms to incorporate student life at Oakwood College. This multi family dwelling is a design/build project negotiated with The Facility Group of Atlanta.
